Responsibilities and Duties

Monitor the community email inbox and direct queries
Monitor the community email inbox and direct queries to the relevant individuals or teams as required.
Respond to online queries
Respond to online queries received via the TEDxPerth website.
Monitor social media accounts
Monitor social media accounts and provide responses to comments, direct messages and mentions.
Provide responses to relevant conversations
Provide responses to relevant conversations to humanise the TEDxPerth brand.
Identify opportunities
Identify opportunities to turn followers into brand advocates.
Curate responses
Curate responses that maintain the strength of the TEDxPerth brand.

  • Deadline Commitment: Timely completion of tasks is essential to ensure the success of our projects and the smooth operation of our organisation. Respond to any and all correspondence in timely manner.
