Responsibilities and Duties

Lead sponsorship sales
Lead sponsorship sales for TEDxPerth and Craft win-win agreements that serve both TEDxPerth and partner interests. 
Identify, approach, and secure new corporate partners and sponsors
Identify, approach, and secure new corporate partners and sponsors across various industries
Manage the full sales cycle
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
Negotiate partnership agreements
Negotiate partnership agreements that deliver mutual value
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular communication
Work closely with the events team
Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless integration of partner activations
Track and report on partnership performance
Track and report on partnership performance metrics
Develop innovative sponsorship packages
Develop innovative sponsorship packages that align with current market trends

Knowledge and skills required: 

  • Strong sales and business development background

  • Deadline Commitment: Timely completion of tasks is essential to ensure the success of our projects and the smooth operation of our organisation. Respond to any and all correspondence in timely manner.
